NSIS is an installer environment which is used to deploy applications of all kind. It seems that your package is corrupted because when NSIS gives errors, they are usually related to package transferring or downloading. Try to use the native download manager from your favorite browser so the download could not get corrupted and then perform a new installation of the package.
